Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellations should be notified in writing to guides@ands.org.au. Refunds will be made for cancellations notified by Friday 8 July 2011.

Substitutions can be made but should be notified prior to 8 July 2011. Substitutions made after that date may not be recorded in the list of attendees and any special dietary requirements cannot be met.

ANDS may use photos taken from this event for educational or promotional purposes.
